Thank you for supporting the Libertarian Party of Maine. Please read our policy regarding merchandise purchases carefully before completing your order.
1. All Sales are Political Contributions
Under federal and Maine state election laws, all payments made through this storefront for physical merchandise (including T-shirts, hats, bumper stickers, and pins) constitute political contributions to the Libertarian Party of Maine. Because these funds are logged and reported as political contributions to state election regulators, all merchandise sales are final, and we cannot issue cash, check, or credit card refunds.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error, we will gladly send a replacement item at no extra cost to you.

- To report a defective item, please contact us at marketing@lpme.org within 30 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photograph of the defect.
3. Apparel Size Exchanges
We want you to wear your liberty gear with pride! If you ordered a clothing item that does not fit, we can process a one-time size exchange, subject to stock availability.

- Home-Shipped Inventory: For items shipped from our local committee inventory, you must return the unwashed, unworn item to our mailing address at your own expense. Once received, we will mail out the updated size.
- On-Demand (Printful) Inventory: Because our on-demand items are custom-made at the time of your order, we cannot automatically exchange them through a warehouse. Please contact our merchandise team to review your sizing exchange options.
