When you purchase merchandise from our store, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and email address. If you explicitly opt-in to our email newsletter list at checkout, we may send you occasional updates regarding new merchandise arrivals, party newsletters, local liberty campaigns, and upcoming party events. You can easily opt-out of these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party corporations or commercial data brokers. Your information is only shared with trusted service providers necessary to operate our store:
1. Shopify: Our e-commerce platform host, which processes our checkout data.
2. Printful: Our on-demand manufacturing partner, which receives your shipping address solely to print and mail your apparel.
3. Election Regulators: In accordance with Maine state and federal campaign finance laws, purchase histories and donor details may be disclosed on official public reporting ledgers managed by state ethics commissions.
